Broken product (diaper genie)
Hello Playtex products ,
Id like to start off this email message by saying Im a proud playtex consumer. With all three of my children I used your bottles and 10/10 recommend to all of my family and friends.
I recently learned the diaper genie is also one of your products. While I do love the diaper genie I have had no luck in sustaining a working product past 4 months. Especially in early months of delivering a baby the diaper genie is super helpful and convenient to have. I have purchased a total of 3 diaper genies in 2 years and within few months of using it its broke on me every time.
I have tried to fit it because its a piece that comes out and is near impossible to put back and use the product without it. I love it because its a leading product that is affordable to buy vs the expensive versions of it. I would like to ask if there is something you can help me with regarding my broken product or shed some light on what I can do to the one I have to fix it.

Ventair Bottles leak from the bottom . Playtex must not care!
My issue has yet to be resolved. I have heard from Playtex once telling me how to properly use their product and requesting photos of the item n question lined up with the batch id visible. Since having sent requested information Ive yet to hear any further from them.
As of now I have yet to hear anyrhing else from this company besides the Email that they received my complaint and someone would be n toucb n no more than 3 days.
They leak so badly that its nearly impossible to use. Out of the 30 bottles i have in total t 4 of them that I can use without the formula leaking out b4 I can get the nipple screwed on to the top. I reached out to Playtex to try to get a resolution for my issue as I am unable to financially replace the bottles at this time. My email was received on Sept 13 and I know this bcuz Playtex sent me an email saying they received it and someone would contact me within 3 business days.
To date I have yet to hear anyrhing further from Playtex.
If I dont hear from them soon I will use every social media outlet out there to let everyone know my experience with them and to not make the same mistake choosing ANY Playtex product's. My local news channel has already been n contact with me and we will be blasting them all over the local television if they dont reach out with a fair resolution!
